An effective youth and children’s ministry provides life-giving support, nurture, and spiritual tools to young people. The most important asset in this ministry is the strength of competent church staff. MLI recognizes many of these creative leaders don’t have the educational background or training to succeed. Your gift helps our team support hundreds of youth and children every year.

Ministry Leadership Initiative is a non-profit organization based in Prairie Village, Kansas. All gifts support this important local ministry, and monthly gifts provide additional sustainability.
