Our unique coaching format
Begin a coaching relationship by filling out our online information form below. MLI staff will match you with one of our coaching specialists, many of whom have experience in your area of ministry.
An assigned MLI coach will meet with you monthly to cultivate trust and facilitate your growth. Many of our coaches are located in the same geographical area, although some members of our team schedule monthly phone or video conversations instead.
